Bee Sili Silicone Oil & Vinegar Bottle and Basting Brush Dispenser

Bee Sili Silicone Oil Bottle/Brush

Picture from Amazon.com

This is the most useful thing Ive gotten in a while. Makes oiling pans and grills so easy!

Its easy to clean and/or just store left over oils or sauces in it! At first when I took it out and was looking at it I thought this might be a messy thing.. I though oil or sauce might come out both ends.. but using it I seen that the brush end is just a brush, the liquids only come out the end with the sprayer thing. So its pretty awesome when oiling pans.. just spray a bit in and use the brush and just clean the brush after using it.

Grazia - Silicone Baking Cups

Silicone Baking Cups ( 24 pc )

I really like the silicone bakeware! It makes clean up so much easier.. and with these silicone baking

cups we dont end up with it stuck.. like regular paper cups. This 24 pack is great, usually they come in 12 packs.. who just makes 12 cupcakes? A regular mix makes atleast 16 if not more, so this sets great! Colors are awesome, and the container they come in is great for storing them, so I dont have a bunch of cupcake things around everywhere, and end up losing or throwing any away! :)

With these cups, theres no need to use cooking spray, their none stick ( they really dont stick!! ).

You can use these with any cupcake pan, or just put them on a cookie sheet, they hold their shape while baking. Their enviromentally safe, BPA free, made of eco-friendly silicone. Stain resistant, food grade silicone, their FCA approved, dishwasher safe, reusable, and heat resistant up to 450 F!

~

These Silicone baking cups, made by Grazia, are available on Amazon, and sale for about $10 a pack. Very worth it, they are reusable, and think.. how much do you spend on paper cups $2 - 3 for a pack.. and we throw those ones away.. So, if you'd like to save money, save time on clean up after baking your favorite goodies.. you can order these here!

They'd also make a great gift, for any baker in your family! :)

Perfect timing, Since this uses infrared, and you dont have to get right up to the thing your measuring it worked great, he just had to quickly open the lid, point, squeeze and had a accurate temperature in seconds. Chef Proven - Lemon Zester/ Cheese Grater

Lemon Zester/ Cheese Grater

This zester and grater has made cooking and garnishing my dishes so much easier. With the comfy easy to handle makes it both easy and convenient to zest lemons or to grate cheese. since my family like hand grated cheese to store bought shredded cheese. With this in my opinion amazing grater you do not get the powder like residue on the cheese. and it does not slide all over while trying to grate and or zest which has caused me many problems in the past. Leaving me with a scar on my hand accidentally peeling my hand. But the grid makes an extra precautionary step so it will not happen again. Chef Proven has made the greatest zester/grater in my house I have ever had.

So, if you'd like to get one of these Lemon Zesters you can order that here!

Priority Chef - Manual Citrus Squeezer & Juicer

Citrus Squeezer & Juicer

This gadget here comes in handy

quit a lot in my house! Since it's colder now I've been making soups often. Beef, hamberger, chicken and sausage.. you name it. We love lemon and lime in our soup, along with a lot of hot sauce!!

I really like the citrus squeezer, it makes getting the juice out of lemons and limes so much easier and we get it all! No waste. No seeds, becasue the holes are actually small enough to keep them from landing in our food. Awesome.

We have an old citrus squeezer around here somwhere, which we dont use.. the holes are too big, the handles all weird. I dont know how many times Ive pinched myself trying to use it.

But, this Priorty Chef one is so easy, the handles made so it doesnt close all the way down while you squeeze, so no pinched fingers! Yay. It also has a little ring at the top so we can put it on the wall by the stove so no more losing it in out drawers of flatware and spatulas and who knows what else. Very convenient, especially for people that use it often like us!

This Citrus Squeezer is available on Amazon, they sale for $17.87. Well worth it, very nice quality. These would make great gifts too! So, if you'd like to get yourself one.. or pick up a couple for gifts for that special cook in your life.. you can order that here!

BakItFun - Silicone Baking Mat

Baking Mat

Anything that makes baking.. an cleaning up after, are my favorite things to have! I do all the

baking and most of the cooking in my household.. which means I'm most usually stuck with all the clean up as well. I mean baking cookies isnt too big of a deal, it can get messy.. and doing batch after batch on the same pan does end in some sticking and burning on. So when I got the oppertunaty to try out this silicone baking mat, I was pretty excited. Right now, I do a lot of baking.. I actually make cookies and sale them. So I'm making 10 - 12 dozen at a time. I've used silicone cupcake things before and loved those! So, I figured this wouldnt be any differant.

This time, my brother was wanting to make cookies for his friends. So, I got a chance right away

to try this out! Yay. So, I did as the instructions said and washed the mat in warm water and dried it before using. ( It says that step will only have to be done before the first use ). OK, so we started.. Bacon Maple Cookie ( have yah seen those at the store? Their not bad actually.. all I tasted was maple )

I couldnt find the cookie sheet so we just used a pizza pan. HA. A cookie sheet would probably be easier.. leveler. Ours browned on the bottoms uneven. Oh well. We made the mounds as big as the circles on the mat. I didnt really know how big they would cook to be, trial and error. It all worked out though the cookies came out perfect in size!

The box the mat came in did say cooking time might be differant. It was too, they cooked faster. the bottoms actually browned nicely and they were still chewy. I'd have to say I like how they came out better then just using the cookie sheets alone.

Clean up was soo much easier too.. just whipped off the pan and rinsed the baking sheet. My brother said he liked it cause he didnt have to keep asking me if he was making the cookies too big, they all came out the same size.

Also, this baking mat could help while rolling out dough, becasue the measurements on the sides. Thats pretty handy, also make cleaning up easier.. I hate rolling out dough, it always sticks to the counter! This will make it easier.

Our finished product! Fresh baked Maple Bacon flavored cookie! Yum. OK, So, wondering

where to get this very helpful, handy, Silicone Baking Mat? Well, their available on Amazon! ( Isn't that handy too, dont even gotta go to the store! ) :) If you'd like to get one.. or two, they make great gifts for the bakers in our families! You can order them right here!!

Smart Weigh - Pro Pocket Scale

Pro Pocket Scale

This scale works great for weighing for mailing, jewelry, cooking needs, personal and professional. The compact size makes it the perfect pocket scale! It features a clear LCD screen lit by bright blue backlight. It will display in grams, ounces, troy ounces, penny weight, grains, and carats. It uses two AAA batteries, which are included. It has a one minute auto shut off feature for longer battery life. The tare function will subtract the weight of any box or container.

I really like the scale, so easy to use. We use it in the kitchen to weigh stuff while cooking! I like that it shuts off on its own after a while, I always forget to shut it off, and changing batteries so often get annoying. So thats a good feature I dont find in some battery ran scales.

I was sent this scale to try, if you'd like to get one, you can get that here!!

Propresser - Professional Garlic Press

Garlic Press

I was really excited to get to try this, not for me though.. for my dad. He loves putting garlic in everything, -ick-, and he usually just chops it or puts it in whole.. so when were eating we bit into a chunks. So gross. I like garlic as a spice, I dont wanna bite into a piece of it htough! Well, this press made it so easy to use.. you just take a piece of garlic peal it and open the press and put it in and press away! The garlic comes out nice and small like what you can go and pay quiet a bit to get in a jar! :) And when your done all thats left is the skin of the clove of garlic you can just pick that out of the press, throw it away!

Its so easy to clean too! That little basket the clove of garlic goes in lifts up making it so easy to wash all of it! :) Which I like, so garlic smell on it left over.

I got my Propresser Professional Garlic Press on Amazon, and I love it! If you'd like to get one and try it out you can get one here!!
