Green Coffee Bean is one of my perfered supplements. It actually works for me. I didnt see much

off a differance the first couple weeks and started to get discouraged, but in the third week of taking these, I started to notice a change in my appetite, I wasnt hungry as often and I didnt eat as much at meal times. I also felt full longer. Awesome results. I really like that their is very little caffiene in these as I'm very sinsitive to it. I can't even drink more then one cup of coffee without getting all clammy and shakey, so that's a plus. I can't take a lot of stuff out there becuase there is a lot of it in them.

I've really wanted a new scale for a while now, so I was excited to get this one! Weight Gurus

makes these Bluetooth scales, you can tether it with your phone and it keeps track of your weight/ ect for you! It's really afforable too. I looked at a lot of bathroom scales at the stores and their so expensive and all they do it tell you your weight.. and most of them are barely big enough to stand on ( thinking of the men in my family that have larger feet ). This one is awesome though.. its thin, lightweight but the standing area is large. The screen is large enough to see, for us people that cant see really well, its digital of course.. another of my favorite things about this scale! No, more bending down to try to count lines.. It just give you your weight right there in numbers! It's got some nice features, to turn on you just step on then seconds after stepping of it turns itself off, so no wasted battery! Along with your weight is can measure your body fat, water mass, BMI, muscle mass and bone density!

I really like GC, when I started taking these it took a few days for me to start seeing a differance in my appetite. But when I did, it was quit a differance, I get full faster, I eat about 1/2 of what I did when I started, and I feel fuller longer! I love the results of taking these. They really help in the aid of loosing wieght, and there are no side effects at all ( for me, anyways, all people are differant ).

I've tried a few differant colon cleansers, looking for one that works, doesnt make my stomach hurt and doesnt have any other bad side effects. Healthy Now, brand is good. I've been taking this one for about a week and its doing what its suppose to do, with no stomach issues at all! :) A plus for me. If something makes my stomach hurt I wont use it! I wanna cleanse not a constant pain HA. 

   

Well, suggested use is to take up to 4 capsules per day. 1 to 2 in the morning and 1 - 2 at bedtime with 8 oz of water. Start with 1 capsule does and increase to 2 capsules when comfortable. To be taken on an occasional basis to help cleanse to colon and promote regularity. Do not use for more then 10 days in a row or exceed more then 4 capsules in a day. For maximum results increase the intake of fiber and water, and decrease the intake of red meat, dairy and wheat while taking these.

Ive never had any side effects like that, or anything else.. eccept I dont snack just a few hours after eating a meal.. but thats a good thing. HA!

I really like green tea powder. I add it to my shakes in the morning, or sometimes just make it latte type. :) I like the flavor. The smell gets some people, it is strong. Its good though, and good for you! 

  Zeda Tea is made in South Korea, its 100% Organic. made from hand picked tea leaves that bloomed in the first week of may, on the Soa Dawon tea plantation in Korea. It has a deep, creamy flavor. Its USDA certified organic. You can make it to drink and it can also be cooked with. I havent tried making anything ( cooking ) with it. Im really interested in it though, I might try to make some cupcakes.. or a cake. :) 

  

Matcha is a good ' energy ' helper drink.. - Why I use it in my morning shakes. I found after using it for about a week I stopped needing a nap midday. Which is awesome, my sleep at nights been a lot better, becasue Im able to stay awake and active throughtout the day! :) I've tried a few other matcha teas, this one by far is the best tasting one in my opinion!

The one I was sent to try is Lemonade flavored. :) I like lemonade, so I wasnt dissapointed. So I mixed some.. its very yellow.. NOT lemonade yellow. It smells really good! Taste.. not very lemonade-y to me... kinda sweet, kind of a waterd down diet lemonade flavor. I don't care for the flavor, its not bad though! A few people in my house liked it! :) 

   

Vacy water enhancers are suppose to relieve stress and anxiety, ease tension, and calm the mind. Anxietys a problem for me, so that, I was interested in trying it to see how it did.

True Sol is an awesome brand with some grat products, Ive tried a few and hope to get to try more! :) Well opening this bottle I thought they might smell like mango's :) - HA. No, they just smelled like all other pills. Blah. Oh well, so I did a 7 - day cleanse using these pills. This was my second cleanse. ( not in a row, dont do that. ). These pills are used to help detoxify your body, eliminate toxins. They are made from REAL african mangos!! .. Im not sure the differance between the ones at the store and african ones.. but, oh well lol. It's suggested to take one or two caps with 8oz of water. Not exceeding 3 a day!! 

  

 Ive only doen a cleanse once before, so I expected the same results. Well these ones work pretty quick, with no stomach discomfort like some cleansing pills can give you! Which I greatly appreciate! HA. After the seven days, my stomach felt better, I wasnt bloated like I was when I started the cleanse and I jus felt better over all! Really liked these.

Love raspberry ketones. They smell awesome, their a nice red color ;), and they WORK! This is my second bottle I've been given to try. I'm very gratefull! Love these.  I really like raspberry ketones, they work for me. I've been taking these for two months now, I dont even feel hungry, and when I eat I eat a lot less, feel full faster and longer.      Have I mentioned how much I like Garcinia Cambogia? Cause I LOVE THESE! Some might say they dont work, dont waste your money. For me, they work, they work very well! I've lost weight by taking these and.. not doing much else! Well worth the price if you ask me! I've tried a few differant brands and differant HCA %. I perfer the higher %. This one is 80%, they reduce appetite, inhibits fat formation, increases serotonin levels and boosts metabolism! They do everything they claim. Garcinia Cambogia are one of my favorite diet supplements, and I'll continue to take them as long as 

I can. I love the results Im seeing. Im sure anyone that trys these will too!

If you've read my previouse posts, you know I'm all for Garcinia Cambogia right now. Works great! I recently was given this bottle to try, I've never tried this brand before but Im open to any. ( I love GC! ). This one is 65 % HCA - the part of the fruit that help supress your appetite. Anyhoo, I've been taking these for about two weeks now, great results. I noticed a differance in my appetite and how much I wanted/could eat within the first week. I havent changed my diet, just how much. I havent been exercising anymore that usual, the only thing that changed is how much I eat. I do eat A LOT more veggies though, and drink more water!

I've tried a few differance brands of Garcinia Cambogia. This is one of my favorite. It's only 60%

Garcinia Cambogia works for me and I will recommend it to anyone that needs help with their appetite while trying to lose weight! These ones a simple, theres no sugar, startch, sodium, milk or lactose, egssa, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, stearates, silica, titanium dioxide. What is glucosamine? Well, that was my first though. So I did some research while waiting for 

my bottle to get to me! :) I know my mom and dad both talked about getting some. So I thought, hey Im getting all this stuff to try and its all actually kinda useful so why not get something for them! :) Before though, I wanted to know exactly what it was for! 

Turns out glucosamine is a naturally occuring substance that in the fluid around our joints. Its naturally presant in animal bones, bone marrow, fungi, and shellfish. It plays a role in building cartilage. 

In some people this cartlage breaks down and becomes thin, which results in joint friction, pain and stiffness. Now glucosamine supplents either increase the cartilage an fluid surrounding the joints or help prevant breakdown, or it could do both. 

Good stuff. I've noticed both my parents are starting to have stiffness in their knee's. So, I gave them this bottle to try! ( recommended dosage is to take 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal ). Within a couple weeks I've noticed a little ddifferencein them. My dad hasn't been complaining about his knee as much and my mom is able to get up and down a bit quicker and able to go not stand there for a minute before moving because her knees are stiff. This is a pretty good product and I would really recommend it to anyone having these kinda issues! :)
