Green Coffee Bean is one of my perfered supplements. It actually works for me. I didnt see much

off a differance the first couple weeks and started to get discouraged, but in the third week of taking these, I started to notice a change in my appetite, I wasnt hungry as often and I didnt eat as much at meal times. I also felt full longer. Awesome results. I really like that their is very little caffiene in these as I'm very sinsitive to it. I can't even drink more then one cup of coffee without getting all clammy and shakey, so that's a plus. I can't take a lot of stuff out there becuase there is a lot of it in them.

So, I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now. I'm starting to notice that I'm sleeping better and all night, before I had a hard time getting to sleep and staying.. so this is helping with that, somewhat. Which is awesome becasue I use to have to take sleeping pills, and no matter what kind I'd be out all night til about noon the next day then feel fatigued the rest of the day. So I like how these just help a little and not completely knock me out. I do have anxiety problems sometimes.. I havent lately, I just feel more.. me, better.
