So, this is a pretty neat thing.. and affordable. I'd say it would be perfect for smaller babies. It wasnt really long enough to put on how the instruction included ( not plus size people friendly.. my models about a size 16 ). Although, I was able to put it on her so it was pretty secure and help our little helper fine.. he didnt care for it but.. he's not use to being help like that. I think holding a baby in it would be comfortable.
