get to try this one out! This SW Body fat scale it awesome, its surface is made of tempered glass and has stainless steel accents, its thinner and more light weight then some scales similar that Ive seen. This scale measures not just weight, it can also measure your BMI, Body Fat, Body water, Muscle mass, and bone mass!

Right now, Ive only used it for weighing my self and for other people in the house to weight 

themselfs. It's a good size, and the screen is great to see, no bending down trying to see that reading and once it reads the weight it holds, so much easier then them other scale with the turning thing.. when you move it moves..

Best mail day ever. If you know me, you know Im a jerm freak.. I always have hand sanitizer or 

towlettes with me. I try my hardest not to touch things where I go.. but sometimes I gotta! I've really wanted a new scale for a while now, so I was excited to get this one! Weight Gurus

makes these Bluetooth scales, you can tether it with your phone and it keeps track of your weight/ ect for you! It's really afforable too. I looked at a lot of bathroom scales at the stores and their so expensive and all they do it tell you your weight.. and most of them are barely big enough to stand on ( thinking of the men in my family that have larger feet ). This one is awesome though.. its thin, lightweight but the standing area is large. The screen is large enough to see, for us people that cant see really well, its digital of course.. another of my favorite things about this scale! No, more bending down to try to count lines.. It just give you your weight right there in numbers! It's got some nice features, to turn on you just step on then seconds after stepping of it turns itself off, so no wasted battery! Along with your weight is can measure your body fat, water mass, BMI, muscle mass and bone density!

So, I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now. I'm starting to notice that I'm sleeping better and all night, before I had a hard time getting to sleep and staying.. so this is helping with that, somewhat. Which is awesome becasue I use to have to take sleeping pills, and no matter what kind I'd be out all night til about noon the next day then feel fatigued the rest of the day.
